All reservations require an immediate non-refundable Deposit of 25% of the total  rental to secure your booking. The balance is due 2 weeks before arrival. Local Tax 0,35cts pp pn for B&B and the Gite

Arrival between 4pm - 7pm. Please advise within 12 hours if your arrival time is going to be later than 7pm.

If it is less than 8 weeks before the booked rental
