Comprising fully equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric hob & oven, fridge. Dining Area and WIFI internet access for your laptop or pocket pc, Lounge Area (French TV - DVD player), radio/CD and feature old bread oven. Door to small garden area and door to hallway leading to:
Double bedroom (Lavender)
Confortable double bed, wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, hairdryer, sprung sofa/bed ideal for 2 children or one adult. This room has a lavender hedge outside the window with views over the gardens and the beautiful Paulownia (foxglove tree).
Single bedroom (Iris)
With hanging space, wicker 3-drawer unit (N.B. I can easily put bunk beds in this room to accomodate two children if required). Access to the patio (with small cast iron coffee table and chairs) and gravelled parking area and utility room.
Bathroom
With mirrored double basin vanity unit, shaver point, towel rail, w.c., bath and shower with fitted glass shower screen.
Utility Room
Having automatic washing machine, ironing board, washing line and ample storage for bicycles.
N.B. Extra dry and secure storage is available in the large barn for long lets & imminent house buyers in France!
