Terms & Conditions

• There is a no smoking policy in the House & Gite & we regret that pets are not accepted
• All bed linen, towels (except pool towels), electricity and water is included in the price
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rent due is required, together with the completed booking form in order to secure the booking. The booking is only guaranteed once your cheque/payment has cleared
• Payment of the outstanding balance is required at least 8 weeks before your arrival date. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of the booking
• A security deposit of £150 for the Gite or £500 for the Farmhouse is also payable, with the balance of the rental, to cover any breakage's. We ask you to leave the property as you find it and if extra cleaning is necessary after your departure, a fee will be deducted from the security deposit. When you leave, your security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure
• The occupier and all other members of his/her party shall take full and sole responsibility for the safety and conduct of themselves. All reasonable care has been taken to ensure the safe use of the property and its contents
• Arrival times are after 4pm on the start day and you must depart by 10am on the last day to enable sufficient change over times between lets. Guests are requested to adhere to this request
• If payment is not received by the due date, the Owner reserves the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. The Client will remain liable to pay the balance of the rent unless the Owner is able to re-let the Property
• If for any reason the letting is cancelled by the owner, all the money paid including the deposit will be refunded
• Holiday insurance is recommended to cover your costs in case of cancellation
